The Black Rose isn’t truly black—it’s a deep, velvety shade of crimson or maroon so dark that it appears black in certain light. Its petals shimmer with a subtle sheen, like silk brushed with twilight. Standing tall against green foliage, the contrast is mesmerizing—an embodiment of mystery, strength, and elegance.
The plant itself carries an aura of romantic darkness and rare allure. Each bloom seems to whisper secrets of passion, rebirth, and transformation. In many cultures, it symbolizes new beginnings born from endings, or the beauty found in the shadows.
When grown under sunlight, hints of dark red emerge, revealing its hidden warmth beneath the inky tone. Its fragrance, often light and subtle, enhances the sense of quiet sophistication it exudes.

🌞 احتياج الضوء
This rose thrives in full sun — at least 6 to 8 hours of direct light daily. In Qatar’s strong sunlight, provide light afternoon shade during the hottest months (June–August) to prevent scorching.

✂️ Pruning & Training
Prune in late winter or early spring before new growth starts. Remove dead or weak branches. Train strong canes horizontally along a trellis or wall to encourage more flowering shoots. Deadhead faded blooms regularly to promote continuous flowering.
🌱Mulch around the base with compost or wood chips to keep roots cool, retain moisture, and suppress weeds.
