☀️Light:
Ehretia microphylla thrives best in bright, direct sunlight for at least 4–6 hours daily. Ample sunlight helps the plant develop dense foliage and maintain its compact wall shape. It can tolerate partial shade, but too little light may cause sparse growth.
💧Watering:
Keep the soil consistently moist but never soggy. Water the plant when the top inch of soil feels slightly dry to the touch. Avoid overwatering, as this can lead to root rot. During hot or dry periods, increase watering frequency and mist the leaves occasionally to maintain humidity. In cooler months, reduce watering but don’t let the soil completely dry out.
✂️Pruning and Shaping:
Regular trimming helps maintain the buxus wall form and encourages dense, neat growth. Prune lightly throughout the growing season and more thoroughly in spring or early summer. Use sharp, clean shears for smooth cuts. Consistent shaping creates a lush, sculpted appearance perfect for decorative landscapes or borders.
🌸Fertilizing:
Feed the plant with a balanced liquid fertilizer (Npk)every 2–4 weeks during the growing season. Fertilization supports strong leaf growth and a vibrant green color.
