Has your plant had a perm? Leaf curling happens when the plant has been underwatered. Water little and often, trying to keep the soil slightly moist.
Insufficient light can trigger leaf drop! Find a more suitable location and your plant should quickly recover.

Ficus elastica Tineke prefers bright, indirect light but does cope quite well in lower light conditions. Avoid direct sunlight as this may scorch the plant.
