There are no prizes for guessing where this Prickle Plant comes from. The Euphorbia Trigona Cactus, or African Milk Tree, is named not only for its African home but also for the milky sap that can be found in its stems. This Prickle Plant, quite literally, is prickly. It has thorns that grow in twos all along it – a reason to keep little Pricklettes away from this beautiful, but spiky, plant.
Light 🌞
Keep in very bright light, as near to a window as possible. If the light comes from one side only rotate your plant so that it grows evenly.
Water💦
Only water when the compost has completely dried out and never leave your plant sitting in water. These plants are succulents and store a lot of water in their stems. They are also deciduous, loosing their leaves regularly before growing fresh new ones.
