- Sunflower (Helianthus annuus) is a fast-growing tall annual plant that grows about 90 – 300cm in height. They are mainly characterized by their Summer bloom flowers, which are of huge shape with yellow petals and dark chocolate disk at the center. Emerged in an upright stalk, these Sunflowers tend to follow the morning Sunlight until night. Their central disk attracts birds and bees, adding value to your ornamental plant’s surroundings. Easy to care, requires low maintenance, these upright grown perennials, Sunflower have very attractive blossoms, with attractive sunny yellow colors, makes them the perfect choice of addition to borders and beds.

- Sunflower (Helianthus annuus) will thrive at its best when kept in presence of full sunlight. Water them moderately to keep their soil moist, but not wet. The soil on which they are supposed to be planted must be well-drained, fertile with neutral to alkaline. Ideal temperature to ensure their healthy growth is 12.8 to 15.56 degree Celsius. In terms of feeding, use Phosphorus and Potassium mixed fertilizers.
