Tradescantia Zebrina ‘Silver Plus’-Hanging Big size

Add some color to your home with this plant featuring bright silver and purple foliage that will look great in a hanging planter or on a windowsill.

Please note, some stem and leaf loss is likely to occur during transit and should not cause concern. The plant is very fast growing and will quickly generate new growth. Pinch out older brown leaves regularly to keep the plant looking tidy.

The Wandering Dude thrives in bright to medium light conditions. To maintain the most striking contrast of vivid colours give it bright diffused light.

Water well during the growing season and allow to dry-out between waterings.

If the plant sits in wet soil for long periods it will cause root rot. Reduce the amount of watering in winter.

The Tradescantia zebrina does prefer increased levels of humidity but will tolerate normal conditions. For an added boost, mist regularly, or relocate to a steamier room such as the kitchen or bathroom.

The Inch Plant is fast-growing and typically develops long trails capable of being trained to climb. These can be cut back to maintain desired length and look.

The Inch Plant is mildly toxic to pets.

Keep away from animals.

🌿Fade to grey! This plant thrives in damp soil, too dry and it will look slightly grey and washed out with some curling and crisping of the leaves.

🌿Bright diffused lighting will encourage the Zebrina’s impressive hues to reach their full potential.

🌿Pinch out the tips and dead leaves to create a bushier plant. Older leaves brown and die-off as they age, remove these to keep the plant looking fresh.
