The pink bougainvillea is pure sunshine in plant form 🌸
Its papery pink bracts spill over branches like soft clouds of color, glowing even brighter in the sun. Each cluster looks delicate, almost like tissue paper, yet the plant itself is tough and full of life—thriving where others fade. The tiny white flowers tucked inside the pink bracts feel like little secrets, adding charm to its bold beauty. Whether climbing a wall or flowing from a pot, pink bougainvillea brings a joyful, romantic vibe that instantly makes any space feel warm and alive.
Plant Care🪴
☀️ Light:
Bougainvillea is a sun-loving plant that needs full sunlight to bloom well. Give it at least 6–8 hours of direct sun every day. If it doesn’t get enough light, it will grow lots of leaves but very few flowers.
💧 Water:
Water bougainvillea deeply but infrequently. Allow the soil to dry out slightly between waterings. Overwatering can cause root rot and poor flowering, so it’s better to underwater than overdo it.
✂️ Pruning:
Pruning helps encourage more flowers. Trim the plant after flowering or lightly during the growing season. Since blooms form on new growth, pruning actually improves flowering.
