Tecoma Capensis is an excellent plant to use in a wildlife garden. It is an ornamental garden plant commonly used for screening and decorative purposes. It can also be trimmed to form a hedge. It is often planted specifically to attract birds and butterflies. The dark orange color of these plants sometimes appears to be red because of environmental and sunlight factors.
They are the plants that require low maintenance and produce attractive year-round flowers that vary from red, to red orange, yellow to salmon colors.
Sunlight: Full Sun or partial sun
*Water: Water when soil feels dry to the touch, do not over-water.
*Fertiliser: Keep your plant in top form by feeding it every few weeks with a dilute solution of liquid fertiliser or soild fertiliser over the soil.
